Free shipping for subscription and all orders over $200 USD & $10 shipping for all other orders

All US orders are processed same day, changes cannot be made after orders are placed.

Canada Shipping

For Canada shipping we use DHL, FedEx or USPS

All orders to Canada will be shipped within in five business days

Free shipping on all orders over $250 & $15 shipping on all orders below $250

International Shipping 

For International shipping we use DHL or USPS

All International orders will be shipped out within five business days

Free international shipping on all orders over $250 USD & $40 shipping on all orders below $250

Australia & New Zealand

For Australia & New Zealand shipping we use DHL and USPS

Free Australia & New Zealand shipping on orders over $325 and $50 shipping on all orders below $325

Please note that all international orders may be subject to duties, tariffs, or other fees upon import that must be paid by you before you receive your shipment. Cosmic Cultures will not cover these fees. Import tariffs are different for every order type, and all countries have different fees. If you have any questions, please contact your local post office or delivery company.

Additional note: Most international shipments have been between 2 to 3 weeks for delivery. Your products will still be in peak condition, please keep in mind when ordering.

*Claims for packages marked "delivered" yet not received and where there is no evidence of "theft" must be made 5 days after "delivery date" but no longer than 15 days to ensure it was not mis-delivered or found around premises. Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not "delivered") must be filed after 7 days (20 days for international) and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.
