Rarity Defined: Only organic hand-picked first flush leaves, which is an extremely rare practice in Japan, ensuring the highest concentration of flavor and nutrients. It is estimated that the Uji Hikari cultivar makes up less than 1% of tea grown for matcha in Uji!
