Named after Mt. Jubu, overlooking historic tea fields, this single-estate matcha is produced in partnership with Nakai Organic Tea Garden, a seventh-generation tea farm that helped lay the foundation for organic tea farming in Japan.

Cultivated in a peaceful mountain village and grown from the Okumidori cultivar, the leaves are gently stone-milled to reveal a vibrant green hue, naturally creamy mouthfeel, and refined balance. A premier allocation from the estate’s finest gardens—ideal for usucha (straight) and elevated matcha lattes.
