NUTTY. RICH. VIBRANT. SMOOTH- This certified organic high-quality, single origin matcha is made up of 100% Stone-Milled Okumidori from Wazuka, Kyoto. 

The tea field is located on a steep hill, at an altitude of 207m, and is composed of a clay soil containing minerals which contributes to a rich taste and layers of flavor. 

The vivid green liquor develops a clear umami sensation accompanied with a very subtle, balanced and pleasant bitterness. The leaves are gently roasted resulting in a unique chocolate-like nutty flavor.

A thick froth easily forms under a bamboo whisk.

This matcha has a wonderful energy and an authentic representation of nature.

Suitable for usucha (straight tea) or can be enjoyed as a latte.
